"Pretty close, but not quite the same"
I ordered from onudesignerwear.com and the outfit was kind of close to the photos, but not exactly the same. A few of the details looked a little different in person, and the fit also changed the overall look more than I expected, haha. It’s not bad and I can still wear it, but I did think it would match the pictures better. For the price, I’d say it was just okay.

"Packaging was just okay"
The box showed up bent, which I’m guessing probably happened during shipping. Nothing too dramatic, but it did make me wonder if this is a common packaging issue.

I ordered an outfit from onudesignerwear.com and, to be fair, it did look nice overall when it arrived. The stitching was okay in some places, but it felt a bit average for what I was expecting. There were a few loose threads here and there, and the finishing around the sleeves could have been much neater. It was definitely wearable, and delivery was fine, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. Just felt like the outfit needed a little more attention to detail. I’d give it 3 stars...

"Color looked just like I hoped"
I ordered a dress from Onu Designerwear, the color was pretty much exactly like it looked in the photos. I always get a little nervous with online clothing because colors can look different in person, but this one felt true to the pictures. Even in regular room lighting, it still looked right to me...

"Decent prices, but nothing eye-opening"
The prices are okay, but I wouldn’t say they’re especially cheap. It kind of made me think about how much I’m really getting for what I’m paying, i feel like it could be a bit more affordable.

"Tracking was simple and clear"
The tracking worked just like you'd expect. It updated enough for me to know where my package was without having to guess, and the delivery showed up around the time it was supposed to. Straightforward experience, and I was happy not to deal with any stress this time.

"Fit was great, but the wait annoyed me"
I was a little nervous about the sizing, but it ended up fitting just right. I went with my usual size and it sits nicely without being too tight, and the length was good too. The only frustrating part was waiting for it to arrive, because it felt like it took longer than I expected. Still, once it came, I was happy with it and would probably order from onudesignerwear.com again.

"Showed up sooner than I expected"
I thought this was going to take a few more days to arrive, but then it showed up in like two days. I might be mixing up when I actually ordered it, but either way the shipping felt really fast and I was happy to get it so soon.

"Refund worked out, but it dragged on"
I did eventually get my refund, so I guess the return process was okay in the end, but it took way longer than I expected. Customer service did reply, just not quickly, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I also wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I agreed to, so I had to keep checking the details instead of it being straightforward...

"Bad first impression, but customization was decent"
My first impression wasn’t great. I expected the customization options to feel more polished and flexible, but they were kind of limited. It worked okay in the end, just not as smooth or impressive as I was hoping.
